How a brand dependent on branded search unlocked new audiences and lead generation through our strategic SEO execution.

The brief.

Toyota is one of the biggest brands in Malta and they have a mature website - but it's one that wasn’t reaching its full potential. Almost all organic traffic came from branded terms, with no real strategy to target non-branded, commercial-intent keywords. The site structure catered to a narrow slice of the market, leaving large customer segments underserved. Internally, the business lacked the capacity to execute on SEO - and needed a partner who could lead the strategy end-to-end.

Our role.

We took full ownership of the SEO roadmap and delivery. Our involvement included:

  • Delivering a full SEO strategy to reposition the site around commercial intent, not just branded traffic
  • Executing a technical sprint to address crawlability and site performance
  • Launching a content sprint to expand the site's reach across all relevant customer segments
  • Developing content targeting high-intent, non-branded keywords across the funnel
  • Advising on revised site structure, UX improvements and CRO opportunities

The impact.

Organic traffic and lead generation have both increased significantly - particularly in previously unaddressed areas of the market. The brand now ranks across a much wider range of commercial and informational terms, and organic has become a key lead driver.
