Toyota is one of the biggest brands in Malta and they have a mature website - but it's one that wasn’t reaching its full potential. Almost all organic traffic came from branded terms, with no real strategy to target non-branded, commercial-intent keywords. The site structure catered to a narrow slice of the market, leaving large customer segments underserved. Internally, the business lacked the capacity to execute on SEO - and needed a partner who could lead the strategy end-to-end.
