Our involvement

We became involved with Clearwater Hampers in 2020, initially in the form of performing an audit over the viability of moving from a very established domain (hampers.com) to a new domain that the brand felt was better positioned to support the evolution of their brand over the next five years.

We performed a series of comprehensive checks and audits to determine the correct direction of travel, and also oversaw and was heavily involved in the technical detail of migrating the website over from hamper.com to hampers.com. While domain migrations are often fraught with risk, this migration was performed to the highest standard, and a series of consistent technical SEO recommendations and fixes working alongside the in-house development team as well as a robust content and keyword optimisation strategy meant that the brand experienced a massive uplift during the December 2020 Google core update – just in time for Christmas!

Since then we have worked with Clearwater Hampers on further defining and implementing their content strategy which has been very successful during 2021 and 2022. We were also tasked with unpicking a very complex Hubspot integration and making it work for the business – this had been tackled (unsuccessfully) by three previous agencies.
